.."to any one who is interested, Mila Brener's condo at the bay view grand in Puerto Vallarta is a small slice of paradise. The unit itself is well appointed, not exotic, but highly functional. It has wonderful views of the grounds, pool and ocean. The 10th floor view is expansive. Even on warm afternoons, the ocean breeze wafts through the entire living space keeping the temperatures extremely pleasant.
The overall property is well maintained and one of the best locations in all of Puerto Vallarta. One of the many area golf courses is just across the street. The marina is filled with a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance from the condo. And downtown (El Centro) or old town is a fun 50 cent bus ride. Of course, the variety of food and entertainment is magnified exponentially in old town.

" Mila, everything was great at the condo. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We didn't even think of turning on the air conditioning. We loved having the doors open at night so we could hear the waves as we slept. We loved the water cooler. It was wonderful always having ice cold water on hand. We had a lot of fun.
We are now back in MN where we have had several inches of snow. In fact, most schools and business are closed today. I guess the memories of Puerto Vallarta will have to keep us warm!

The BVG condo was wonderful. It had all the comforts of home and it was very relaxing. During our stay there weren't many people at the property, so it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. I was glad that you have it set up where you have a key pad to the side, so we could go ahead and leave and have everything locked up. Great idea!
The marina is also a great place for eating and shopping. We loved the location, the condo, and we will definitely stay there again. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your wonderful place! Itzel"
