Terms
of Rental
50% down payment (non-refundable) must be received in order to
secure your reservation 60 days prior to arrival. Balance
payable 15 days prior to arrival, except for Christmas, New
Year’s, and Easter weeks which require 100% pre-payment
(non-refundable) 90 days prior to arrival.
Damage deposit:
We require a $500 refundable damage deposit at the time of the
down payment.
Confirmation:
We will send you a Confirmation letter after the down payment and
damage deposit is received.
Payment method:
checks, money orders, bank's checks.
Monthly rentals:
Monthly rental rates apply only to 100% advance payments. Rentals
are for a 3-months maximum, and exclude Christmas, New Years, and
Easter weeks. Electric service will be charged on top of rental
rate.
